A 10-week support group for new and expecting fathers
Becoming a dad changes your sleep, your relationship and your sense of who you are. Most men go through it quietly. This is a place to talk about it with other fathers going through the same thing, with a therapist keeping the space steady.
For the man who needs to hear “me too” from other men.
At a glance
What we'll talk about
Each week has a theme, a check-in, time for everyone to share, and one small thing to try before the next session.
Getting to know each other and agreeing on how the group works.
What's changed, what you miss, and the fathers we had versus the father you want to be.
Stress, sleep, early warning signs, and the feelings men are taught to skip.
Your relationship after the baby, asking for what you need, and building your village.
Sleep, food, movement and body image for new dads. No diets, no weigh-ins.
What's changed, what to keep practicing, and what comes next.
Cost
$750 for all 10 weeks. Enroll by August 1, 2027.
$1,000 for all 10 weeks, or pay weekly.
Your facilitator
For years, I've sat with men who were quietly struggling with fatherhood: dads who loved their kids but felt exhausted, short-tempered or lost, and who told me things in session they'd never said to anyone else. Most of them had no one else to say it to. New moms often have classes, groups and group chats. New dads mostly get a pat on the back and “Get some sleep.”
Now my wife and I are expecting our first child in 2027, so I'm stepping into this season myself. I don't claim to have all the answers. I'm building this group because I know how much the men I work with need a place like it, and I'll be one of them soon.
I started the 3 A.M. Club to fill that gap: a place where men can talk honestly with other dads in the same season of life. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, I also know how often men's stress shows up in their bodies, through sleep, food and how they see themselves, so we make room for that too.
How to join
We talk through the group and whether the timing works for you.
50 minutes, one-on-one, to get to know you and what you want from the group.
If it's a good fit, you're in. If not, we'll help you find something that fits better.
Questions dads ask
Fathers who are expecting or have a child under 2. You don't need any experience with therapy, just a willingness to talk about what's going on and listen to others.
A check-in, a short idea for the week, time for everyone to share, and a takeaway. It's structured, so nobody gets put on the spot and everyone gets time.
It happens. Mute, take care of your kid, and come back when you can.
Yes, with the legal limits we'll go over at your intake. Members agree not to share what's said or record the group.
Come to the first session. If the group isn't right for you, let us know within 48 hours and we'll refund the remaining 9 sessions.
No. It's a closed group so trust can build week to week. Join the interest list and we'll let you know about the next round.
Join the interest list and we'll email you when consultations open in summer 2027, plus one reminder before the early-bird deadline.
This group is not crisis care. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
